Cookie policy

This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser in order to remember information between visits. The browser’s local storage and tracking pixels are also regarded as similar technologies.
2. Cookies used by this site
nyxel.es does not set any cookies of its own and does not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies. The site’s usage statistics are calculated without cookies or storage in your browser (as explained in the Privacy policy). That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
The only cookies that may appear are technical cookies, set by the hosting provider so that the site works and is protected. They are exempt from consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and in accordance with the criteria of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
__cf_bm | Cloudflare | Technical: to distinguish legitimate traffic from bots and protect the site. | 30 minutes |
cf_clearance | Cloudflare | Technical: to remember that you have passed a security check, if one takes place. | Up to 1 year |
These cookies are only set if Cloudflare needs them for a particular request. On most visits, none is set.
3. Third-party services without cookies
- Google Fonts: the fonts are loaded from Google’s servers. It does not set cookies, but Google receives your IP address. More information in the Privacy policy.
- WhatsApp: it only opens if you click its link. Its own cookie policy applies on its site.
4. Local storage used by the chat assistant
If you open the chat assistant, your browser stores the conversation in its local storage (localStorage) so that it is not lost when you move to another page. This storage is technical, it is triggered by your own request to use the chat and it is not used to track you or for advertising, so it is exempt from consent. You can delete it by clearing the site data in your browser.
5. How to manage cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking Cloudflare’s technical cookies could, in some cases, prevent access to the site.
6. Changes
If any tool that uses non-exempt cookies (for example, third-party analytics or advertising) is added in the future, this page will be updated and consent will be requested before such cookies are set.
